According to the program, the first All-Tourney team in 1973 was Kevin Osborne and Bill Staffaroni (St. Rose), Frank Galko (CA), Gary White (Lakeland) and Don Konkol (Valley View).
The first repeat honoree was Frank Galko (1974). Lakeland’s first repeat player was Don Hodun (1975) while Tony Larioni was Valley View’s first repeat honoree (1977). Duane Broad fit the bill for Mid Valley (1979).
The only time three players from the same team earned honors was in 1979 when a six player squad included CA’s Rob Turano, Jack Delfino and Ron Mazzoni.
The first three-peat performer was CA’s Andy Seigle (1988-89-90). The only other three-peaters were Lakeland’s Bob Morcom (1993-94-95), Valley View’s Bill Celuck (1994-95-96) and CA’s Jared Nepa (1999-2000-2001).
A father and son honoree is St. Rose’s Bill Pope and CA’s Billy Pope.
Coaches who were former selections include: Frank Galko (2X pick-CA baseball head coach), Larry Pegula (1X pick-VV head hoop coach), Pat Walton (1X pick-Lakeland asst. girls hoop coach), Landon Gabriel (2X pick-CA head hoop coach),

St. Rose’s last honoree, after the Roses left the tourney for a Christmas event in Florida, was Bill Pope (1977).
