Carm Carachilo paced the winners with first place efforts in the 110 hurdles (16.4), 300 hurdles (44.9), triple jump (38-5) and pole vault (11-6).
Desmond Edwards produced triumphs in the 100 (12.0), 200 (24.8) and long jump (18-7).
Geno Vadella racked up a first in the 800 (2:18.5), while Anthony DeGrazia topped the shot (39-0).
“Our kids have been doing a fantastic job,” said coach, Matt Cerminaro. “We’re small in numbers but everyone is pulling their share of the load.”
North Pocono 117 Chiefs 28
Al Tuzze and Steve Munley led Lakeland’s efforts. Tuzze won the shot (50-9.5) and discus (127-5) while Munley had a first in the 110 hurdles (15.7).
Blue Ridge 105 Chargers 38
Geno Vadella claimed the 3200 (11:42) while Desmond Edwards and Carm Carachilo won the pole vault (10-6) and high jump (5-8) respectively.

Steve Munley keyed Lakeland’s efforts (0-4) with wins in the 110 hurdles (15.3), long jump (18-0.25) and triple jump (40-0).
Other Lakeland wins were recorded by Matt Boyarsky (shot - 42-5), Al Tuzze (discus - 122-0.25) and Jake Noldy (pole vault - 9-0).    
Girls’ Meets
Chargerettes 75 Blue Ridge 65
Ashley Opalka and Missy Bortree led the winners. Opalka captured the 100 hurdles (18.0) and 300 hurdles (55.5) whle Bortree won the discus (67-10) and javelin (80-11).
Other CA wins included: Leea Berrios (400 - 1:14), Arlene Adamski (long jump - 13-6), Brittney Snedeker (triple jump - 25-7) and Arianna Brady (high jump - 4-0).  
Abington Heights 90 Lady Chiefs 59
Sarah Larkin and Tori Doyle led Lakeland (1-3). Larkin posted wins in the 100 (12.8) and 200 (27.3) while Doyle topped the pole vault (8-6) and high jump (5-3).
Other Lakeland wins included: Jodi Virbitsky (discus - 80-4) and Maggie Ritter (javelin - 93-8).
The winning 400 relay squad (53.0) included Williams, Boyarsky, Tuffy and Larkin.
North Pocono 80 Lady Chiefs 70
Hannah Tuffy keyed Lakeland’s efforts with wins in the 100 hurdles (17.6), 1600 (5:50.0) and 800 (2:34.9).
Tori Doyle added victories in the pole (8-6) and highj jump (5-0) while Ashton Boyarsky topped the long jump (15-7) and triple jump (31-8).
Other Lakeland wins were recorded by: Nicole Davitt (300 hurdles - 51.6) and Sarah Larkin (200 - 27.7).
Lakeland claimed the 1600 relay (3:35.8) with Davitt, Erin Williams, Boyarsky and Tuffy.
Lacka. Trail 89 Chargerettes 57
Ashley Oplaka won the 300 hurdles (52.5) while Arianna Brady topped the high jump (4-4) for CA’s individual wins.
