John Joseph Caviston, III, age 53, of Littleton, Massachusetts, died Friday, April 15, 2011, at Waccamaw Community Hospital.


John Joseph Caviston, III, age 53, of Littleton, Massachusetts, died Friday, April 15, 2011, at Waccamaw Community Hospital.
Born in Wilmington, Delaware, he was a son of John and Barbara Caviston, who reside in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.  He was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Vineland, N.J.  He was a master carpenter and contractor and was the co-owner of Rolling Meadow Construction of Westford, Mass.  He loved traveling, golfing and fishing, and will be missed by many, especially by all the children.
Also surviving are: his siblings — Kevin A. Caviston (Beth) of Westford, Mass.; Dorothy H. Scanlon of Clinton, Conn.; Gerard F. Caviston of Clinton, Conn.; Marianne C. Annunziato (Stephen) of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; nieces and nephews — Robert Scanlon, Melissa Scanlon, Michael Caviston, Christina Caviston, Patrick Caviston, John J. Annunziato; step-children — Diana Bernstein (Dave), Jessica Carri, Scott Carri, and two granddaughters.
A mass of Christian Burial held Thursday, April 21, at St. Michael Catholic Church, with Father Ray Carlo officiating.  Arrangements by Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel.
