    INCIDENTS
    COLLECTOR COINS STOLEN — Robert Montgomery, 9 Grove St., reported that someone entered his residence through a window and stole $405 in collector mint coins sometime between 5:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on June 10.  Officer Michael Shaheen filed the report.
    DUI ARREST — Victor Rebernik, 63, of Forest City was taken into custody on suspicion of drunk driving after being stopped with an expired registration plate in a 2001 Pontiac sedan at the intersection of South Church St. and 8th Ave. at 1:16 a.m. on June 12.  Officers detected a strong odor of alcohol on Rebernik’s breath and he was transported to Marian Community Hospital for a blood alcohol test.  Charges are pending the test results.  Officer John Evanina filed the report.
    JUVENILES TRASH AND STIFF RESTAURANT — Two unidentified juveniles trashed the bathroom at Pinky’s Restaurant on North Main St. then ran out the door without paying their $18.12 bill at 1:05 p.m. on June 12.  The juveniles were described as white males in their mid-teens, one with blonde hair wearing a gray t-shirt and khaki shorts, the other wearing a black hat with a brim around it.  Officer Joseph Demchak filed the report.
    WOMAN ARRESTED AS DRUNK AND DISORDERLY — Jamey McManamon, 33, of 121 Dundaff St. was arrested for disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and criminal mischief after causing a disturbance at the residence of Phyllis Sopko, 24 7th Ave., at 11 p.m. on June 12.  When police arrived at the scene, McManamon was unruly and screaming while in an intoxicated condition.  She had smashed Sopko’s T.V. and picture frame, causing $100 in damage.  McManamon was taken into custody and handcuffed after a brief struggle, and transported to police headquarters then to the Lackawanna County Processing Center.  Officer Joseph Janczak filed the report.
    WOMAN CITED FOR CONDUCT — Cathrine Esbrandt, 150 Westgate Dr. K-18, was cited for disorderly conduct after making unreasonable noise at her residence at 2:20 p.m. on June 13.  Officer John Evanina filed the report.
    CAR KEYED — Ragina Heenan, 99 Archbald St., reported at 8:20 p.m. on June 14 that someone keyed her 2008 Toyota while it was parked outside her residence during the previous night, leaving several scratches on the passenger side doors and hood of the car.  Officer Joseph Janczak filed the report.
    TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS
    MOTORIST CITED — John Davies, Greenfield Twp., was cited for failing to stop for a posted sign at the corner of North Scott St. and 7th Ave. in a Jeep on June 8.  Officer Daniel Novak filed the report.
