Police reports for March 28:

MAN CITED FOR CONDUCT, HARASSMENT — Christopher Winters, 21, of 25 Sand St. was cited for disorderly conduct and harassment after fighting with his father, David Winters, 64, also of 25 Sand St., at their residence and causing property damage there at 1 a.m. on March 10.  Officer Joseph Janczak filed the report.
MAN CITED AS DRUNK AND DISORDERLY, FOR THEFT — Dan Peterson, 43, of 44 Fallbrook St. was cited for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and simple trespassing after he was found crouched in the rear stairwell of Manhattan Manor on Salem Ave. in an intoxicated condition at 9:08 p.m. on March 11.  The following day, at 4 p.m. on March 12, Peterson was cited for retail theft after eating a meal at Carwanna Restaurant and leaving without paying the bill.  It was the fifth time he had done this, for a total of about $40 in food.  Officer Dominick Andidora filed the reports.
MAN CITED FOR HARASSMENT — Joseph Minor III, 20, of 123 Washington St. was cited for harassment at 2:30 a.m. on March 18 after calling and texting a 17-year-old female multiple times.  Officer Aaron Haley filed the report.
BROTHERS CITED FOR DRINKING, FIGHTING — William O’Brien, 19, and John O’Brien, 19, both of 38 Belmont St. #2N, were cited for disorderly conduct and underage drinking after engaging in a fight at their residence after their sister Nicole complained about noise from a party going on there and William attempted to physically attack her but John intervened.  Nicole went to call the police and another person at the party threw a cup of beer at her.  Officer Aaron Haley, who filed the report, notified the city’s code enforcement officer to send a warning letter to the building owner about the situation.
