MAN ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION — Joseph Potis, 22, of Jermyn was arrested for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped and searched by police on Mill St. at 2:31 a.m. on Jan. 12. Officers Fred Colonna and William Wolfe filed the report.
NOISE VIOLATIONS — Sidyea Hainey, 31, of 45 Pearl St. was cited for disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance by playing the radio too loud in her residence at 8:22 p.m., then again at 9:13 p.m., on Feb. 13. Officers Dominick Andidora and Joseph Janczak filed the reports.
MAN CITED FOR HARASSMENT — Brian Frisbie Jr., 31, of 123 Dundaff St. was cited for harassment at 2:15 p.m. on Feb. 17 after following Sean McAndrew, 26, of 20 Cemetery St., around town in his vehicle and threatening him. Officer Aaron Haley filed the report.
COUPLE CITED AS DISORDERLY — Adam Ocasio, 28, and Marylyn Ocasio, 28, of 1 Dixon Ave. were cited for disorderly conduct after fighting with each other at their residence at 9:30 p.m. on Feb. 22. Officer Dominick Andidora filed the report.
MAN CITED AS DISORDERLY — Frank Cerra, 62, of Allentown was cited for disorderly conduct and an expired registration after ripping up a parking ticket and using obscene language while verbally abusing a city employee regarding the ticket on Salem Ave. at 11 a.m. on Feb. 23. Officer Jeffrey Martin filed the report.
MOTORISTS CITED — Nicholas Bonafide, 22 Russell St., was cited for operating a motor vehicle with an expired inspection sticker, operating an unregistered vehicle, and driving without insurance in a Volvo on Church St. and in the PNC Bank lot at 8:40 p.m. on Feb. 11. Officer Jeffrey Arthur filed the report.
Joseph White, Scranton, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license in a Dodge along Westside Dr. at 6:47 p.m. on Feb. 15. Officer Fred Colonna filed the report.
Lillian Suriano, Pittston, was cited for driving over a fire hose in a Chrysler sedan on North Scott St. at 9:55 a.m. on Feb. 17. Officer Daniel Novak filed the report.
