Victims of the early-morning August 27th fire that destroyed their homes and/or businesses pose with the check that was presented by ARKhelps, following the October 8th ARK-Fest fall benefit concert held on their behalf. Angel Kropiewnicki, founder of ARKhelps and event co-organizer with her father Eric, offered their thanks and appreciation “to all for contributing and supporting the ARK-Fest.

We appreciate your involvement with this event, and are very thankful to have local businesses and people that make up such a caring community in and around the Forest City area.

“I feel horribly for the people who lost their homes and businesses in the fire and I’m glad that ARKhelps, is able to help,” said Angel.

“We wish there were more attending, but the approximately 200+ people that attended had come together, opened their hearts and wallets, and helped us cover our expenses and raise $3,000 to help the victims.”
