SR 4002-Farnham Rd. -Benton Twp. -Road closure w/Detour-Stone Arch Culvert repairs-Monday 07/16/2018-Friday 07/20/2018-7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
SR 1012, Archbald Borough- At the intersection of Kennedy Drive and County Road, work is taking place to form a four-way intersection with the opposite Borough street. A new traffic signal will be installed at this intersection as well, and Kennedy Drive will be widened to accommodate a center turn lane from Main Street to Monica Drive. An additional left turn lane may be added on Main for left turns on to Kennedy Drive. The project should be completed by the summer of 2018.
SR 307 Bridge over 81 (Moosic St, Scranton) June 28 thru August 10 – Northbound side will be closed and traffic will be down to one lane each way on the southbound side as per the traffic control plans. This is for the rehabilitation activities of SR307 and abutments. These dates are all tentative and can be changed due to submittal approvals and/or unforeseen issues at the project site.
SR 307 Bridge over 81 (Moosic St, Scranton) June 25 thru 29 – One lane on northbound and one on the southbound side will be closed during the day for roadwork activities (saw cutting & removal of median curb) in the center of SR307.
Bridge Now Open to traffic . SR 6011(Harrison Avenue), Scranton - As part of the ongoing project to replace the Harrison Avenue Bridge, the Central Scranton Expressway is a single lane pattern in each direction. The project completion is 2018.
