Police reports for Nov. 2:

INCIDENTS
BIKE STOLEN — Helen Davidson, 12 Canaan St., reported at 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 16 that someone stole a bicycle from her back yard.  She described it as a baby blue GT FIY bicycle with white handle bars, valued at $700.  Officer Corey Sidorek filed the report.
CAR VANDALIZED — Janet Houffman, 48 Cemetery St., reported that someone flattened all four tires on her 2011 Hyundai sedan while the car was parked outside her residence between 9 p.m. on Oct. 17 and 6:45 a.m. on Oct. 18.  Officer Aaron Haley filed the report.
WOMAN ARRESTED FOR DUI — Tracy Nossavage, 39, of 116 Brook St. was arrested for driving under the influence in a Chevrolet Blazer at South Main St. and 8th Ave. at 1:07 a.m. on Oct. 24.  Police detected a strong odor of alcohol on Nossavage’s breath and conducted a series of field sobriety tests, which she failed.  She was transported to Marian Community Hospital for a test to determine her blood alcohol level, and her car was towed from the scene by G & G Towing.  Afterward, she was transported to her residence and released.  Officer Joseph Gillott filed the report.
MAN ARRESTED FOR VIOLATING PFA — Travis Mulholland, 29, formerly of 191 Lincoln Ave. was arrested for indirect criminal contempt after violating a PFA (Protection From Abuse) court order filed against him by Kimberly Mulholland, 191 Lincoln Ave., at 3:07 p.m. on Oct. 25.  Mr. Mulholland was taken to police headquarters and then to central booking at the Lackawanna County Courthouse Processing Center.  Officer Aaron Haley filed the report.
