Police reports for Oct. 26:

INCIDENTS
CAR RADIO STOLEN — Russell Cawher, 9 Gilbert St., reported at 1:50 p.m. on Oct. 10 that someone stole the radio from his 2003 Hyundai while the car was parked in front of his residence during the previous night.  Officer David Fofi filed the report.
ATV STOLEN — Jason Frisbie, 53 Grove St., reported that someone stole his ATV from his property between 4 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. on Oct. 15.  He described the quad as a 2007 Honda 450ER racing-style ATV, a black body with flames painted on it, red frame and black rims, valued at $9,000.  He said it was parked in the driveway next to his residence when it was stolen, and that it did not have a registration plate on it at the time.  Police provided the ATV information to Lackawanna County Communications Center so it could be entered into a national database for stolen vehicles.  Officer Eugene Groysman filed the report.
MAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING ASSAULT — Jonathan Dix, 40, of Starrucca was arrested after assaulting Stacy Cosgrove, 35, of 153 Belmont St. at her residence by punching her in the forehead, left eye and mouth, and grabbing her by the right arm, cutting her arm, at 8 p.m. on Oct. 18.  Dix was arrested on charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.  He was transported to police headquarters, then to central booking at the Lackawanna County Courthouse Processing Center.  Officer Jeffrey Arthur filed the affidavit.  
MAN CITED AS DRUNK AND DISORDERLY — William Yarbrough, 43, of 11 Garfield Ave. was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance at his residence while in an intoxicated condition at 2:05 a.m. on Oct. 20.  Officer Jeffrey Arthur, who filed the report, noted that this was the fourth time that police have been dispatched to Yarbrough’s residence due to him causing a disturbance while being intoxicated.
