INCIDENTS
DUI ARREST — Lucely Vargas, 26, of 130 Westgate Dr. F5 was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol in a 2000 Chevrolet after jumping the curb and hitting a utility pole in front of 50 Dundaff St., with a blood alcohol level that was later determined to be .160 following a blood test at Marian Community Hospital. Officer Joseph Janczak filed the report.
CHANGE STOLEN FROM CAR — Michael Bibalo, 48 Orchard St., reported that someone stole $5 in quarters from his 2002 Hyundai Sonata while the car was parked outside his residence between 6:30 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. on Nov. 30. Officer Rebecca Clark filed the report.
MAN, WOMAN CITED AS DRUNK AND DISORDERLY — Paul Richie, 54, and Kimberly Hambke, 39, both of 115 Westgate Dr. C1, were cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance in the Weis Market parking lot on Brooklyn St. while in an intoxicated condition at 6 p.m. on Dec. 3. Officers Jeffrey Martin and William Wolfe filed the report.
BB SHOT INTO WINDSHIELD — Michael Jordan, 47 Pearl St., reported that someone shot a BB pellet into the windshield of his 2001 Jeep station wagon as he was making a right turn at the intersection of Upper Powderly St. and Kohut Ave. at 3:50 p.m. on Dec. 5. Officer Joseph Janczak filed the report.
