WOMEN CITED FOR CONDUCT, MISCHIEF — Kimberly Rosar, 20, of 162 South Church St. and Heather Bilski, 18, of 16 Spencer St., were cited for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief after causing a disturbance and damaging the front door frame of the residence of Nick Nolan, 40 North Church St. #11, at 12:32 a.m. on Oct. 2. Officer Fred Colonna filed the report.
WOMAN CITED FOR NOISE — Ieesha Martin, 20, of 42 Pear St. #2 was cited for disorderly conduct due to unreasonable noise at her residence at 2:01 a.m. on Nov. 13. Officer Jeffrey Arthur filed the report.
ITEMS STOLEN FROM RESIDENCE — Jose Diaz, 8 Salem Ave. #4, reported that someone pried his front door open between 2 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 and stole a Play Station 2 and all his video games, along with two gold earrings, from his residence. The stolen items were valued at a total of $240. Officer David Fofi filed the report.
VEHICLE STOLEN — Tammy Mallick, 10 Cemetery St., reported at 5:57 a.m. on Nov. 16 that someone stole her 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier while the vehicle was parked outside her residence during the previous night. She stated that the vehicle has damage to its driver’s side front bumper and fender. Officer Robert Hopkins filed the report.
MAN, WOMAN CITED AS DISORDERLY — Kaleem Robinson, 32, and Dwanna Robinson, 31, of 18 Porter Ave. were cited for disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance at their residence at 6:21 p.m. on Nov. 17. Officer Jeffrey Martin filed the report.
WOMAN ARRESTED FOR DUI — Christine Mower, 44, of 139 Dundaff St. was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after being stopped by police on Fallbrook St. at 8:44 a.m. on Nov. 19. Police detected a strong odor of alcohol on her breath and observed that her speech was slurred and her eyes were red and glossy. Mower failed field sobriety tests and was transported to Marian Community Hospital for a test to determine her blood alcohol level. Officer Joseph Janczak filed the report.
MAN CITED AS DISORDERLY — Alan Swanson, New Milford, was cited for disorderly conduct at 12:32 p.m. on Nov. 19 after threatening Garth Tonkin, owner of G & G Towing, by saying he would “get even” with him by damaging the G & G property on Pike Street. Officer Timothy Mackrell filed the report.
CAR STOLEN — Sean McAndrew, 25, of 20 Cemetery St. reported that someone stole his teal-colored 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier while it was parked in the Dunkin’ Donuts lot on South Main St. at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 20. Capt. Joseph Pilcavage filed the report.
