Jerry Edward Tuttle, Jr., 29, of Kingsley, died Dec. 9 as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Elba, NY.
His wife is the former Raechelle Rowan; the couple had just married on October 7th.
Born in Carbondale, son of Jerry E. and Crystal Swingle Tuttle, Sr., of Forest City, he was a graduate of Forest City Regional High School, Class of 2007.
He was employed as a truck driver for Paul Marshall Produce, Elba, NY.
Jerry loved being a truck driver, wanting to be one since he was a little kid. He was the most loving person you would ever meet, and he made friends wherever he went.
Jerry was a very humble man. Those that knew him knew he was an old soul.
He loved playing records and watching old movies, especially ones with Humphrey Bogart.
He enjoyed fishing, and he loved the house that he and Raechelle made their own.
Also surviving are four brothers: Craig Tuttle, Milanville; Travis Tuttle, Pleasant Mount; Ryan Tuttle, Forest City; Robert Tuttle, Mayfield; a sister: Suzanna Little, Scranton; a paternal grandmother: Shirley Tuttle, Forest City; nieces and nephews: Jax and Evelynn VanNort; Lucy and Maisie Rowan; Ava Tuttle; Brooklyn Little; and Elijah Robertson; a godson: Ethan Rentner; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The funeral will be Dec.16 in the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc., 55 Lincoln Avenue, Carbondale, with services at 1 pm by the Rev. John Hardman-Zimmerman.
Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
