Philip “Dep” Andidora, age 92 of Chesterfield, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.
He was born September 4, 1925 in Carbondale, Pennsylvania to the late Philip and Angelina Esposito Andidora.
Phil proudly served his country during World War II with the United States Navy. He was employed as a general inspector for the installation of elevators and was a member of the Elevator Installers Union. He was also a member of the VFW.
Philip enjoyed small engine repair, working in his garage on different projects and sometimes just tinkering. His love of animals was evident in the way he supported a number of humane societies.
He is survived by his sisters, Margaret Galati and Angelina (Kenneth “Butch”) Stephens, his companion and loving care giver Sharon J. Buddie, nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Charlotte in 1990 and siblings, Carmella Occhipinti, Frank Cerra, Mary Cerra, Rose Scotch, Dominick Andidora, Genevieve Cerra, Victoria Giordano, Orlando Andidora, and Antonio Andidora.
Funeral services were held on Monday, March 12 in Ray, Michigan with interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township, Michigan.
