Adult art classes were started in Forest City under the guidance of then Forest City Regional High School art teacher Paul Roginski in 1978. The group was formed to foster the love of creative oil painting, even by folks who never dreamed of having the talents to do so. These art classes turned into the non-profit group, Palette Pals, in 1993.
