The Lackawanna Football Conference has released its schedule and divisional format for the next two-year cycle.
The 2012 season will feature one change in the divisional line-up. Carbondale Area will drop to Divison III while Mid Valley will move up to Division II.
Divison III will consist of Class 1A programs Old Forge (defending champion), Lackawanna Trail and Holy Cross, Class 2A Carbondale Area and Susquehanna and Class 3A, Montrose.
Divison II will feature Class 2A Lakeland and Mid Valley, Class 1A Riverside and Dunmore and Class 3A Western Wayne and Honesdale.
Division I stays the same with Class 4A Scranton and Delaware Valley and Class 3A Valley View, West Scranton, Abington Heights, Wallenpaupack, Scranton Prep and North Pocono.
Carbondale Area’s schedule includes: Montrose, @ Riverside, GAR, Lakeland, @ Honesdale, @ Lacka. Trail, Holy Cross, @ Old Forge, Susquehanna and @ Tunkhannock.
Lakeland’s schedule includes: @ GAR, Valley View, @ Hanover, @ Carbondale Area, Susquehanna, @ Mid Valley, Dunmore, Honesdale, @ Riverside, Western Wayne.
