Through the 39 previous Pete Turonis/Pennstar Bank Tournaments, a quartet of players have earned All-Tourney selection three times. CA’s Andy Seigle (1988-90) and Jared Nepa (1999-2001), Lakeland’s Bob Morcom (1993-1995) and Mid Valley’s Sean Grzebin hold that distinction.
The only father-son selection was St. Rose’s Bill Pope (1976, 1977) and CA’s Billy Pope (2007).
The Seigle family holds the most selections with Andy (1988-89-90) and Dan Seigle (1992-1993).
Valey View head coach, Larry Pegula was a 1989 pick while CA’s head coach, Landon Gabriel was a 1999, 2000 selection. Valley View assistant, Bob Craig was a 1988 pick.
