WILKES-BARRE — More than 200 Wilkes University students who received scholarships, along with the donors whose gifts made the scholarships possible, were recognized at the annual Scholarship Luncheon on April 4.

• Matthew Amaral of Taylor, was recognized for receivingThe Ronald '68 and Hazel Piskorik Scholarship.

• Emily Banks of Taylor, was recognized for receiving The Ruth A. Richards Scholarship.

• Courtney Comonie of Olyphant, was recognized for receiving The Charles Mattei P.E. Scholarship.

• Dionna DeFazio of Old Forge, was recognized for receiving The Dolores E. and Francis Sangiuliano Scholarship.

• Conor Durkin of Carbondale, was recognized for receiving The William Langfelder Scholarship.

• Matthew Judge of Eynon, was recognized for receiving The Ruth A. Richards Scholarship.

• Michaela Spaid of Carbondale, was recognized for receiving The Amedeo Obici and Thomas P. Sangiuliano Scholarship.
